We purchase knives through many large knife distributors and this enables us to offer
very competitive pricing. While we do stock many items, it is impossible for us to stock every item
listed here. We order and receive 3-5 shipments weekly and orders generally take 1-3 weeks for
delivery. If you need a specific item by a deadline date please e-mail us first and check availability
of the knife or item before ordering.
We have carefully picked what we thought were the most desirable of each of the major knife
manufacturers, and presented them here. If you are looking for a knife or brand of knives or cutlery
not shown please contact us as we can easily obtain most products from all the major knife makers and
